The cheapness, simplicity and ingenuity of its construction, together with the wonderful accuracy and dispatch with which it executes its work on every variety of soil, area sufficient guarantee that this Machine will soon take the place of both the Horse Planter and lloe in the work of planting corn.

It has been tested the past season by numerous farmers in most of the States, wlio unite in giving it their decided preference over all other Planters ever introduced into the coun try. It has been presented at several Agricultural Fairs, and always without exception, received the highest premium.

It is deemedu nnecessaiy to describe the qualities of the water, as those who have tasted their virtues think them

INCOMPARABLE!

The water is said to resemble very much that of the White Sulphur Springs of Virginia.— It is particularly well adapted to DYSPEPTICS, while as a general renovator it is unsurpassed. It has proved EFFICACIOUS S in many cases of Scrofula, Erysipelas, Dro By, &c., &c., Ac. I would-add that since last season I have discovered on the premises Chalybeate water of very good quality.

and the alleys and swings will be in good order. Being in the midst of the Mineral region, coal and iron abound here, as also superioi qualities of grey marble, grey granite and ^rind-stone grit. I would like to have it understood that I don't want everybody to come at once, for if they do, some will have-to layout or be hung on pegs, forT have not room to hold them —though I will do the best I can, and other Hotels and Boarding Houses in the vicinity will doubtless be accommodating. Persons desiring to use the bath had best bring their own towels.
