The street pipes will embrace about four miles in size, six inch, four inch and three inch, exclusive of service pipe, to be furnished to each consumer. WabaMi street, as far ns Sixth street, to have two lines of pipes, one on each side nil the churches, prmlic buildings, hotels' Ac (save mid except crossing tlits canal) will have street pipes extei ded 'o them. The buildings will bo of brick, and the works generally will contain all the modern improvements.
