Arrival of the Pacific.
Humor of the Storming of Sevastopol.
Decline in Breadstuff's.
NEW YORK, July 11.
The Pacific arrived about six this A. M., with Liverpool dates to June 30. There are no indications of immediate operations in the sea of Azoff or in the Baltic. Administrative reform keeps its ground in England. Austria continues the disbandonment of her armies. Politics elsewhere in Europe are dull. The news confirmed previous advices. The official list of the allied losses in killed and wounded aggregate over 6,000, nevertheless the siege still progresses with unabated vigor. Raglan w.is dangerously ill, and had asked for his recall.
The official list of the battle of the 18th, states the number of English killed, wounded and missing at 1,437, including 93 officers. Number of French 3,337, including 133 officers, among whom were Gen. Weyman and Brant, both severely wounded. Full particulars not yet received.
It is asserted in Paris that the failure was owing partly to «rrors of the British commanding officers. The English, on the contrary, threw part of the blame on the French.
Subsequent rumors were afloat that a battle had been fought in the Tschermaga—that the Sardinian army were cut to pieces, and that the Allies had finally stormed and taken Sebastopol. These rumors excited much speculation by some, but were finally satisfied.

D* A counterfeit ten dollar bill, on th« Iron Bank of I ronton, was palmed off yesterday, at one of the stores in the nothern portion of the city, by some rascal, who had purchased to the enormous amount of fifteen cents—he received his change in silver and State Bank money. Our citizens had better be careful, as it is quito probable that there may be several spurious bilhf|f the same description in circulation.
&3T The arrival of the Western mails after post office hours, is exceedingly annoying. Orders sent to be filled by the morning train, are not rec'd until after their departure. This causes vexation and delay.

Operations in the Sea of Azoff continue. The fleet had been sent to complete thea destruction of Arabat. There had been an able reconuoisanoe at Taffa, and an expedition agtinst Perekop was again spoken of.
