ONE WEEK LATER FROM EL ROPE.

NEW YORK, June 28.—The steamer noise. Baltic arrived here this morning with seven miles from the city.

Frontbroy attacked a camp of Utah Indians, twenty miles North of French Pass, and killed forty of them, took six of them prisoners, and captured the camp equipage, together with horses, sheep and provisions. On the next day after he Attacked a camp of thirtyfive Utahs, and killed and Wounded six and took the rest prisoners, among the latter is the chief. f$@--

Private letters from Kertsch give fearful accounts of the sufferings of the Russian army as well from wounds as sickness. The Russians it is said have obtained communication with the Crimea, independent of the road thro' Perekop, by constructing abridge of boats across Lovesche.
