The street pipes will embrace about four' miles in siz-, six inch, four inch and three inch, exclusive of service pine, to be furnished to each consumer. Wabash street, as far as Sixth street, to have two lines of pipes, one on each side all the churches, public buildings, hotels' (fee (save and except crossing the canal) will have street pipes extended to them. Each consumerwill be furnished with a
