Austria, beguiling them with false hopes for her own amusement and profit, shuns their embrace, and will box them oh the ear whenever it suits her purposes but they have wooed and won to their alliance the great Italian principality of Monaco. We translate with care the chief stipulations of the treaty just concluded between the three Powers, as follows: "The Principality of Monaco contracts to furnish a contingent of four men and a corporal, to proceed forthT with to the Crimea and invest Sevasto• pol on the North.
