Meeker and Richftrd Scoufon, Trustees of the First rreKbyterian Church in Terre-Haute, I have levied on the following properly, to-wit: In lot number six (6,) in Terre-Haute, being the lands and tenements belonging to the said Trustees, and I will, on Saturday the 9th day of June, 1855, at the oourt-lrouse door in Ter-re-Haute, within the legal hours of said day, offer the rents and profits of paid premises, with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, for a term of seven years and if they should fail to sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy sail1 execution, I will then and there offer the lee simple, to the highest bidder, for cash, to satisfy said execution ayd costs.
