ing imagination? Bedford Demo crat. Was it imagination th.it caused the Bedford papers to chronicle numerous and daring, robberies on laet Thursday? Was it imagination that caused them to publish an account of a fire, touched off by
incendaries to get people in one
neighborhood so that houses could be ransacked, by a gang of the boldest robbers that ever followed a circus or band wagon? The Worla's report is simply a matter of history. We can't see what gaod it would have done to report their losses, to Bedford's police force that could not check these depredations. It is not good taste for the Democrat to endeavor to smooth over or suspress an act of lawlessness.
