The general deficient bill needs supplementing, but there is enough money on hand to run the departments till the Fall Sessions The rivers and harbors are not so i in patient they cannot wait in shot no beneficiary needs to at once receive Mi e accumulating money; and the only use for an extra session is to get the money out get it out so as to make room for more, shoyel it out like a grave digger, without turn in' to see where it goes.
