Mr. Mitchell was born April 12, 1891 at Knox, to Jaames and Mary (Martin) Mitchell. He was married March 27. 1911 to Ruth Wolfe of Syracuse. She survives. A member of the Calvary Evangelical United Brethren church he moved to Syracuse from Nappanee 14 years ago. Survivors in addition to his wife: are a- daughter. Lois Mitchell, Miami. Fla: two sons, Ralph, Seattle, Wash.; Robert, Nappanee; two brothers and two sisters. South Bend and seven grandchildren. Funeral was Monday afternoon at the Harris Funeral Home with Rev.
