Syracuse Lake News Clifton Kinder is in Tipton, Georgia, this week on business. Mr. and Mrs. Marce Kantzler of Brandenton Beach. Florida, are visiting this week in the home of their daughter and family. Mr. and Mrs. Bud Cripe. Mr. and Mrs. Gaylord Jones and family entertained at dinner Sunday for Mr. and Mrs. Orville Clevenger of Middleton; Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Bitner. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Bitner and family, all of Syracuse; Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Custer and family of Leesburg: Mr. and Mrs. Clair Archer of Cromwell. Other week end guests were Miss Pat Hackett of Ball State and Miss Judy Glass of South Bend. Mr and Mrs. Kay Miner, Lake Michigan, are visiting for several days in the home of his brother. Mr. and Mrs, Everett Miner. Mr.s Frank Manwaring of Mentone spent the week end with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Everett Miner. Mrs. Oscar Dahl entered Goshen Hospital Friday and is reported to be getting along satisfactorily. Pittman and children Lynn, Sally and Diane, spent Sunday in Columbia City with Mrs. Pittman’s brother and, family. Dr. and Mrs. Warren L. Niccum. Mrs. Elmo Niccum of Muncie spent the day with them. She will return to her home on North Shore Drive from Muncie May 24. Mr. and Wilson Snyder and children of Goshen spent the week end at their summer home on Syracuse Lake. Entertains Friends On Seventh Birthday Randy Roland Hodgson celebrated his seventh birthday recently with a party at his home. The little guests played games with prizes going to Brenda Hughes. Linda Shively and Mark Workman. Other guests were Randy Niles. Linda Bitner. Randy received many nice gifts. Refreshments of birthday cake, ice cream bars, and chocolate milk were served by Randy's mother and sister, Sally. Ray Mash sent a gift but was unable to attend.
