Mermaid Ball At Warsaw Armory John Herrmann. Mermaid Festival chairman, has announced that the annual Mermaid Festival Ball will be held in the Armory at Warsaw, two miles north of tha city. Intoxication Charged Edgar Butts, 71, 417 Boston St. was arrested over the weekend and charged by Deputy Roy Miller with intoxication. He was jailed at Warsaw pending appearance in justice of the peacecourt there. ■- - 4 Suit Is Dismissed A suit, filed by Wayne Smith I of Syracuse against Ruth Milner, also of here, charging that the plaintiff’s personal porperty was removed without permission, has been dismissed in Kosciusko Circuit Court at Warsaw. The action was filed in 1953.
