Friendly Neighbor Club Friendly Neighbors Club met April 5 at the Conservation Club hduse. A chicken salad lunch was served at tables decorated with little umbrellas scattered around African violqts flanked with yellow tapers ; in crystal holders. Hostess committee members were Mrs. Angie Brandt, Mrs. Lulu Creps and Mrs. Clara McQuin. Mrs. John Runge, presided at a brief business meeting. The next meeting of the club will be May 3. Bridal Showers For Susie Morganthaler Mrs. Joe Morgenthaler entertained with a miscellaneous bridal shower Saturday for Miss Susie Morgenthaler whose wedding to Jacob E. Kern, 111. will take place May 6. Ten guests attended the affair. Another party will honor Miss Morganthaler Saturday when Miss Sue Juday entertains at luncheon at Howard’s Restaurant.
