WHO’S WHO Stephen H. Bomman, born 28 t September 1940 in Indianapolis has attended eleven years of school at Syracuse and one year at Indianapolis. She lists the junior and senior plays. cheerleading, chorus, band, news-staff, annual staff, student conductor, and librarian as her extracurricular activities. Among the things Sue likes most are: steak, scalloped potatoes. commercial courses, phys- - les, Elizabeth Taylor, Paul Newman. basketball, football, and the song "You’re My Everything.” Her pet peeve is alarm clocks which have loud alarms. The couple were married 15 November 1936 and “Separated 1 March 1959. The plaintiff seeks * custody of a minor child. I Divorce Granted Janet Louise Parsons. Syracuse. has been granted a divorce from James Parsons, of Kimmell and custody of two minor children. She is to receive sls per week for their support and $l5O for attorney fees. Asks Judgement on Note Frederick Banta, of Syracuse, has filed a complaint on a promissory note against Herbert and Kathryn E Michael, of R.R. 2. Syracuse. Banta states that he was co signer on a note to the Cromwell Bank with the Michaels and had to pay the note of $849.99 plus interest of $2738. Banta alleges that the defendants agreed to pty but he had to co-sign a note for the loan. Michaels allegedly did not pay the note due 17 January. Banta asks judgement of $1,200.
