LERAL ROTICES NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to th. taxpayers of the Metropolitan School District of Turk., Creek Township. Kosciusko County. Indiana, that the duly qualified and acting members of the 'Board of the said Metropolitan School District will meet on the 4th day of November, 1358. at the hour of 1:10 P.M. In the office of the Superintendent In the public school building In the said Town of Syracuse and at such lime and place will consider the following additional appropriations which said officers consider necessary to meet the extraordinary emergency eiisting at this time, the extraordinary emergency being the creation of the Metropolitan School District of Turkey Creek Township, effective on the 11th day of August, 115* and the necessary transfer of moniss from the Township Trustee to the said Metropolitan School District for operation of the public schools and ths necessary expenses thereof. Comp fire Girls (Held Over From Last Week) WI-NE-CHESK-KI The Wi-ne-chesk-ki Campfire group held their weekly meeting 13 October 1958 at the Scout Cabin. Bernette Cripe read the minutes of the last meeting and Toni Butt collected the dues. A motion was passed that our meetings be started promptly at 3:45 anyone coming later than this will have to have an excuse. We discussed the Ceremonial to be held at the Scout Cabin 18 October at 7 P.m. We also discussed plans for our hayride and the meeting was adjourned. Carole Ganshorn. The name of the game was seven-up. We practiced on the ceremonial which will be held 18 October Saturday night at 7:00 at the Scout Cabin. Kitson won a sportsmanship * trophy Sunday at the Clinton Speedway located near Detroit. Kitson drives a N.S.U. powered micro midget. This the second sportsmanship trophy won by Kitson.
