l ta United States Service Receives Good Conduct Medal Army Specialist Third Class Noel B. Brindle, son of Mr. and Mrs. Noel Brindle. Route 2. Milford, recently was awarded the Good Conduct Medal in Germany while serving with the 13th Ordinance Battalion. Specialist Brindle, a clerk in the battalion’s Headquarters Detachment. received the decoration for his exemplary behavior, efficiency and fidelity. The 22-year-old soldier entered the Army in June 1955 and was stationed at Fort Gorden. Georgia, before arriving in Europe in November 1955. He was graduated from Denver High School. Thortown. in 1953. LT. Col Geiger Completes Course National Guard Lt. Col Gordon Geiger, whose wife, Mary, lives at 1421 Castle Avenue. TnJ dianapolis. completed a two-week infantry officer refresher course 19 July at Fort Benning, Georgia. Colonel Geiger is a graduate of Butler College and Indiana Central College.
