Four Men Pulled From Lukes This Week End * A Muncie man was pulled safely to shore early Sunday morning at Syracuse Lake after his boat tipped over while trolling. He was in the water for nearly 45 minutes. > Mrs. Frank Putt of Syracuse Lake heard the calls for help at about 2 o’clock. Her husband and next door neighbor. Bud Cripe, went to the man’s rescue. • Mrs. Putt said the man gave his name as Paul D. Webster. Three men from Fort Wayne were pulled out of Wawasee Lake Saturday afternoon by Joe Thornburg. They were near the middle of the lake off Ideal Beach. The men. whose names were not given, were guests at the Wawasee Yacht Club.
