JUNIOR LADIES There was a Junior Ladies meeting Monday evening 1 April at the home of Sharon Miller. The president called the meeting to order and new officers were elected for next year. They are as follows: President, Sandra Miller; vicepresident, Sharon Byrd; secre-tary-treasurer, Judy Kline; correspondent secretary and reporter, Shirley Weingart. The idea, of having a chaplain added to the officers was brought up and also, for it to be added to the constitution. All were in favor of this idea. They will have a chaplain at the next meeting which will be Bea BachBachman. The next meeting will be at the home of Wanda Coy 6 May. The meeting was adjourned and refreshments were served. (There were no April Fool Jokes played on us. Surprise!) The sponsors of the Junior Ladies ci the Round Table are boards: one for addition, subtraction and division, and one for multiplication. More than 1 problem can be worked at once on the Friden calculator. Philip Fawley, office practice teacher, gave him several problems of payroll. The students could not believe their eyes. It could add up the problem before they could set them on paper. We want to thank Mr. Shideler for taking his time and showing us this machine. We appreciated it very much.
