Mr. and Mrs. Jap Jones left Monday for Lauderdale *y the Sea, Florida, where they will •pend the winter. Mrs. Hugh Causer received word that her grandson, Steven E. Fidler, is in Randolph County Hospital where he recently underwent an appendectomy. It is reported that he is getting along nicely. Mrs. H. L, Walter left Wednesday to spend the winter in Temple City. California. Mr. and Mrs. John Holloway entertained at dinner Thursday, December 3, Mrs. Holloway’s parents. Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Estep. The occasion was in honor of Mr. Esteps birthday. Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Barnes called in the evening at the Holloway home. Mrs. Ivan Dettwiler Jr . and five month old son.
