SETTLEMENT REY'EALED The compromise agreement by which the Jacob J. Weybright will! case was settled last week in cir-; cuit court provided that the plain-' tiffs, two nieces and the sole heir of a third niece, receive substantially one-half of the >50.000 estate. - Mr. Wewbright died Dec.' 26. 1943, leaving a will which bequeathed the bulk of his property to Ray. Eldon. Elmer and Dale Sorenson, sons of a neighbor. Emil Sorenson, at whose home Weybright died, and to two Milford churches. The settlement provided that >I.OOO bequests to each of the Sorenson boys be trimmed to >SOO each, that the nieces. Mrs. Hugh Ettleln. South Whitley. Mrs. Wilbur Flook. Milford. and Williajn D. Shorb. sole heir of Mrs. Julian Shorb. a third niece, receive halt the proceeds from the Weybright farm, one quarter going to the First Brethren church of Milford and the fourth quarter to the Milford Methodist church: and that the residue of the personal property be' divided as follows—one-half to the plaintiffs, one quarter to the Sorensonyboys in equal shares and one-eighth each to the two churches. The agreement also approved a >SOO bequest to the Milford cemetery association for care

Nov. 19 —The 7-cow herd of registered HolsteinFrieslans owned by Raymond Vail of Syracuse, has recently completed a year of production testing in the official Herd Improvement Registry program of The Hol-stein-FrieSian Association of America An average of 406 pounds of butterfat and 12.445 pounds of milk has been officially recorded. Milking was done 2 times daily. The highest producer in the herd was Bess Inka Rue Ormsby, a 7-year-old. which produced 567 pounds “of butterfat and 16.547 pounds of milk. Testing was supervised by Burdue University in cooperation with The Holstein-Freisian Association of America.
