Amerisan legion Rews A representative of a uniform firm from Fort Wayne was here last Thursday evening and showed samples and styles of drum and bugle corps uniforms- A committee was appointed who made the choice’ that night Due to the scarcity of materials, delivery of uniforms will be delayed - The executive board of the post met Tuesday evening, at which time some Memorial Day arrangements were made Two resolutions were read and adopted by the post concerning the activity of the American Legion Department committee of the Plainville boys state school. The resolution will be presented at the 2nd district meeting of the Legion, at Knox, Sunday. April 20W I Brunton, commander of the State Department, American Legion and Wm Sayer, Department Adjutant, are expected to be at the meeting.
