Two Motorists Fined Two motorists were fined late Tuesday by Justice Edward B. Smith. Virgil Green, Argos, was fined $lO and costs for having no weight tax; Leroy Brown, Syracuse, was fined $1 and costs for reckless driving on the wrong side of the road on state highway No. a. 13, near the South Shore Golf club.
