During the past week, three of our young people, Miss Carma Parkhurst, Elizabeth Causer and Eleanor Campbell attended the Lutheran Summer Schoo 1 for church workers held at Oakwood Park. These young ladies, with the pastor and family and a group from Cromwell, stayed the entire week on the grounds, and enjoyed the classes, recreation and fellowship with other groups. Hague, director of children’s work, Chicago; and the Misses Henrietta and Mary Rider of Westfield. The party was on its way to the national convention of tbe United Brethren Young People at Lakeside, Ohio, on Lake Erie. Mrs. George Burns and baby and Mrs. George Kregar were the Thursday guests of Mrs. Vern Strieby. Miss Lois Barren and Mr. Wm.. Rex were the week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. G.
