MIDDLE STATES SERVICE STATION OPENS SOON ■V ' The new Middle States Oil Company's service station, located on squth Huntington St., and which has just been erected, will open Saturday with a complete line of motorists’ needs. Being conveniently located, the station is very attractive with its beautiful driveway witn stones which are painted white, giving it an added distinction. The building is of cement blocks in a modernistic arangement being divided into a very spacious office, lubratorium and sanitary rest room facilities. Included in the products the new station will carry are the regular 72-74 octane' gasoline and the Ethyl gasoline, both of which are licensed by the Ethyl Corporation; the Middle States special gasoline which is not leaded; Middle States kerosene and all grades of lubricating oils and greases. HOME ECONOMICS CLUB ORGANIZED — — ■ On April 28, a home economics club wa s organized in Turkey Creek Township. The name selected by a member was the “Good Will Club." The meetings are hela at the Guy school house. The lesson at the last meeting, given by the leaders, Marie LeCount and Rosa Koher, was entitled “Kitchen Clinic." GIRL SCOUTS MEET The Girl Scout troop of this city met Monday afternoon in the basement of the Methodist Episcopal church. The lesson was on ~splatter-work with ink. Stationery and handkerchiefs were workea on. Sue Shea, scout leader, was a guest at this meeting. She will take charge of the Investur® Services in several weeks.
