Jonas Cripe and Elizabeth Shock were callers Monday afterr noon in the Frank Brown home. * A youth who snatched the Purse of Mrs. Richard Inkelas of Salt Lake City returned it several hours later, saying: “Here's your money, lady; I’m ashamed of myself for taking it.” The first triplets on record to join the nation’s sea service are Abraham, Isaac and Jacob Taylor, 19-year-old sons of an East Tennessee coal miner.

The Coy Reunion was held at the Guy Symensma home Sunday. There were fifty-five present and all had a good time. ** Mrs. Howard Poe and daughters, Francis, Leona and Joy, spent Monday with Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Bucher. Miss Mary Bushong, Mrs. Gwendolyn Weisser, Mrs. Hattie Fisher spent a couple of days wi*n Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Wosley of Indianapolis. Mrs. Wosley is in very poor health. George Wilson of Los Angeles unable to extinguish the flames vrhen his car caught fire, took pictures of the burning c ar and sold them to a local newspaper.
