Miss Sarah Semans, a granddaughter of Rev. E. L. Semans, was a flake visitor Sunday. A. R. Monroe, of Indianapolis, has sold his Pickwick Park cottage to a Mr. Wilson, of Chicago. The Wawasee Boosters Club held a meeting on Monday evening at 8 o’clock at the Sargent hotel. Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Ackerman of Ft. Wayne, spent Sunday at the Semans cottage, which they had occupied all summer.

Miss Jean Emerson, a student at North Manchester, spirit the weekend with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Albert Emerson at Lake Wawasee. Mrs. Mileham Timberlake, of Carthage. Illinois, who underwent an operation at the Goshen hospital two weeks ago, was discharged Tuesday and taken to the home of her mother Mrs. Forrest Snepp, south of Syracuse. U. S. Rubber Group at Sargents Saturday and Sunday a group of men from Indianapolis, who are connected with the U. S. Rubber Co. stopped at the Sargent hotel. There were sixteen in the group. Mr. A. H. Becker was in charge of the meeting. While here they enjoyed hunting and fishing.
