There is an exercise each day; first in the Principles of Law consisting' of recitations, lectures, and examinations; and secondly, in the Practice of Law embracing the discussion of the various forms of legal instruments and judi cial proceedings, together with exercises in the Moot Court.. The whole course is arranged and conducted in a mode suited to beginners, ami with a view to include, as far as possible, a general outline of the law in a single session. .The terms are .C'5(l for the session, payable in advance; and no deduction for part of. the time. dents can make their own arrangements. The requisites for the

degree of Bachelor of .Laws, are, that the candidate shr.ll attend at least one session, and shall pass an e.xaminai ion to be made by a committee of legal gentlemen designated by the Hoard of Trustees, and instructed to consider the standard of qualification for a degreee the same as for admission to the bar. An extra charge of ,J5 is made for a Diploma. Students can have access to a good Library, and the Courts ate almost constantly in session in the City, The price of board ranges from 3 to 8b' per week. It
