Notice o the Owners of Wabash and Erie Canal Lands. OWNERS of Wabash &. Erie Canal lands who may have failed heretofore to make the annual payment of interest at the time required by law, and who are therefore subject to a penalty of one kundnd per cent, on the amount of said interest have now the privileze under a law of the late session, of bringing up the back interest and receiving a full credit therefor on tbelxioks, by the payment of the amount of said interest with V ' penalty thereon, together with interest upon the amount of said interest and penalty from tbe time it became due. But the relief granted by this law, extends only to the first of August next. If the payment be not made by that time tne forfeiture of 100 per. cent, is exacted.
