Harris having been dissolved, so far as relates to Mr. M'Dougal, q.n the first of April last, was dissolved between the subscribers on the 22d of the same month; and all notes and accounts due to the said firm, are transferred lo Nicholas M'Carty for his use and benefit; and all demands against the said concern, are to be paid by nid M'Carty.
