(There in haidly a possibility of the markets I ecominp glutted with these staples, and they ft-e quite sure to command a good price, and w hen the yield is anything like a success there is no more profitable crop. As there will be no peaches and probably a light yield of other fruits it may be advisable that an extra quantity of peas and beans should be cultivated by each family having the ground to spare, w hich can be canned groi n and kept for use in winter, and to some extent will compensate for the loss of the usual varieties of fruit.
