The double-ring ceremony was performed by Rev. William Valentine, Jr., and Rev. John C. Beatty, cousin of the bride. The organist was Mrs. Robert Borst. Mrs. J. Claire Sowers, Jr., the bridegroom's aunt, was In charge of the register. Given In marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor - length, empire - styled gown with a chapel train. The bride’s mother made her dress which was designed In dacralene over satin with cotton embroidered flowers over the entire bodice and top of the sleeves. The bishop sleeves were secured by a cuff trimmed In the bodice embroidery. The detachable chapel train, completely bordered In the trim, was secured to the bodice under a row of embroidered flowers. Her veil was held by a matching headpiece with small pearl trim. She carried a bouquet of white daisies and white sweetheart roses. The attendants wore peacock blue dresses of a similar design, trimmed with matching embroidery. They wore matching headpieces and carried yellow and white daisies. Thomas-Beaver Wedding Held
The United Methodist Church In Glenwood, Indiana, was the setting, Saturday, July 18, for the wedding of Miss Nancy Jane Beaver and Gregg Stephen Thomas. The Rev. Howard E. Wright of Roberts Park United Methodist Church conducted the 2:30 p.m. service. The bride Is the daughter of John E. Beaver of Glenwood, Indiana, and the late Mrs. Beaver. She Is a graduate of Fayette Central High School and Ball State University. Mrs. Thomas Is a teacher at the Indiana School for the Deaf In Indianapolis, and she Is doing Walter Klitsdi To Be Installed Walter P. Klitsch will be Installed as Master Councilor of the Speedway Chapter, Order of DeMolay, on Saturday, Aug. 1, at 8 p.m., In the Speedway Masonic Temple, 1620 North Lyndhurst Drive. He is employed as an auditor with the C.P.A. firm ol Ernst and Ernst in Indianapolis. For the wedding the bride seected a floor length gown of ffhlte delustered satin which featured an empire waistline. Styled by the bride, the gown was accented with appllqued daisies at the neckline, bodice and on the skirt. Long full sleeves of white organza gathered to a fitted cuff of satin accented with daisies. The deeply pleated train of satin featured a bow at the waistline In back and was trimmed with daisy appUque. Her two tiered, elbow length Illusion veil was attached to a satin pillbox, also trimmed with daisies. She carried a cascading bouquet of white daisies and yellow roses. Miss Amy Beaver, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Mrs. Linda Frageman, Michigan City; and Mrs. Nancy Grant of Rushvllle. The attendants wore bright yellow voile gowns Imprinted with white daisies. Moss green satin ribbon accented the waist with a bow and floor length streamers to match their dresses. Chi Omegas To Host Actives
Chl Omaga Actives from the todianapolls area will be honored guests at a buffet dinner sponsored tqr the Bets Chapter of the Indianapolis alumnae of Chi Omega.
