July 4th Wedding Held

The First Baptist Church in Brownsburg, Indiana, was the setting for the wedding of Miss Barbara Jane Collins and Walter Vincent Edwards on Saturday, July 4. Rev. James Stevens officiated at the ceremony. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Verne Collins of Brownsburg, and Mr. and Mrs. James Edwards of R.R. 1, Noblesville. Brownsburg, served as matron of honor. Mrs. Dale Adkins and Miss Mary Collins served as bridesmaids and Miss Judy Collins acted as flower girL The attendants wore fall length gowns of yellow trimmed in yellow ribbon and pink trimmed in pink ribbon. The groom's best man was Tom Edwards of Bloomington. Joey Edwards of Westfield served as ring bearer and groomsmen were Doug Anderson, Indianapolis and Glen Smith of Brownsburg. Following a reception held in the church basement the couple left for a wedding trip to St. Louis, Mo. They will reside at 320 N. Jefferson, Apartment 9, Brownsburg, after July 8.

Lind On Dean’s List Warren Lind, son of Mr. and Mrs. Loren Lind, 1672 Lincoln Road, was named to the Dean’s List for the last semester at Indiana University. Lind will graduate from I.U. in September. He is majoring in psychology and sociology.
