Speedway Bows To ZCHS
The Zlonsvllle Eagles baseball team brought their record for the year to two wins against three losses last week when they beat Speedway by a score of 7-6. Plagued by Injuries to players Mick Pyle and Larry Trout, the team got off to a slow start bat seems to be picking up speed as they go. Although Trout Is still sidelined with a broken leg, Pyle Is back In the action and scored the winning run In the Speedway game. Speedway started well by scoring three runs In the first Inning, but the Eagles came back strong and got four men In during their half of the same inning. By the sixth Inning, Zlonsvllle had a one-run leal, with the score at 5 to 4, when Speedway went ahead with two runs. How-

Among the celebrities taking part in the parade will be Broadway actress-comedienne Edie Adams, who also will serve as parade marshal, and Apollo 12 astronauts Charles “Pete** Conrad, Richard F. Gordon and Alan L. Bean who will serve as honorary lunar marshals for the activities. Other celebrities are Merv Griffin and his sidekick, Arthur Treacher; Buddy Ebsen of “The Beverly Hillbillies**; Peter Haskell of “Bracken’s World**; Kent McCord of “Adam-12**; David Hartman of “The Bold Ones**; Frank Sutton of '"The Jim Nabors Show**; Diane Dye of “Bracken’s World*’ and athletic stars Gayle Sayers, Leroy Kelly, Jim Brown and Oscar Robertson. Four fire rescue trucks, several ambulances and three fire trucks will be stationed along the parade route to handle any emergencies. Five fir staid stations also will be in operation.
