Pinewood Derby Practice Planned Cub Scout Pack 66 will have their practice for the Pinewood Derby on Tuesday, May 19. Practice time for Den 3 will be from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. Den 4 will practice from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m., Den 5 from 7:00 to 7:30 p.m., Den 8 from 7:30 to 8:00 p.m., and Weblos from 8:00 to 8:30 p.m. Westwood Bridge Winners Named Winners of the duplicate bridge game held last Tuesday, May 5 th, at the Westwood Country Club included Mr. and Mrs. Bernie Casselman, Sid Kllshelmer, and Chuck Skarvan who tied for Ist place. Second place winners were Mr. and Mrs. Bill J. Cook. The next game will be held at 7:30 p.m. on May 19th, at the clubhouse. Speedway Do-ers Set Last Meeting The meeting of the Speedway Do-Ers Homemakers was held in the home of Mrs .Elizabeth Cofoid, 1910 Cunningham Road. Mrs. Florence Donner served as co-hostess. The meeting was held on Wednesday, May 13 at 9 ajn. Mrs. Margaret Fricke served as project chairman. This was the final club meeting until September, at which time a representative from the Trend House will speak to the group on home furnishings. Angel-Gregory Wed Saturday Miss Holly Allison Gregory and William Lee Angel were wed in the Speedway Christian Church Saturday, May 2. Parents of the couple are Mrs. Edwinna Green, 2934 Colerain Drive, and the late Edward A. Kirk, and Mr. and Mrs. William L. Angel, 2012 North Goodlet Avenue. The groom attended Indiana University of Indianapolis. The newlyweds will reside at 1767 Ellen Drive, in Speedway.

St. Christopher’s Catholic Church was the setting for the May 2nd, wedding of Miss Jean Ann Bonham and James Joseph Milharcic. The Rev. John Hartzer officiated at the ceremony. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bonham, 5906 W. 29th Place, Speedway, and Mrs. Louis Milharcic, Indianapolis, and the late Mr. Milharcic. Mrs. James Joseph Milharcic jeweled crown and she carried a cascade of white orchids. The bridal attendants wore full length lime green linen gowns trimmed with yellow and accented at the back with yellow bows. The sister of the bride, Mrs. James Bishop served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Diane MacPhee, Mrs. James McLaughlin, Miss Donna Woodward, and Mrs. Stephen Oslos. Theresa McLaughlin was the flower girl and Miss Kay Ellen Squires served as a Junior bridesmaid. Honor attendant for the groom was his brother, Matthew Milharcic. Louis Milharcic, Jr., Area Women Attend Convention The Speedway Associate Chapter of Kappa, Kappa received the award for the most complete scrapbook at the May 2, Province Convention held In the Holiday Inn Airport. Members of the chapter attending the convention were Mrs. U. F. McNaughton, Mrs. Walter Freund, Mrs. Fred Rankin, Mrs. W. Stanley South, and Mrs. Kathryn Mclntosh. The chapter held their regular April meeting at a dinner in the Village Pump. Members are still collecting old eye glasses, lenses, and frames.
