be during this summer’s high speed driving.” Huber is urging all Hoosier motorists to practice personal responsibility and get their vehicles safety inspected by a qualified service man this spring. “Too many motorists are saying . . . to heck with it, let the state find the defects in August . . . and that’ plain foolish,” Huber added, “there are three months of the most dangerous driving ahead of us before the mandatory program comes into effect.” Huber said drivers should consider the safety of other motorists as well as themselves and their families. If a driver knows or suspects he has a defective automobile, he is both morally and legally bound to have the car inspected and, if needed, repaired, Huber concluded.
