YWCA Announces Spring Mother's Morning Out Series Mrs. Alice Baughman, YWCA Adult Program Director, announces the opening of the YWCA’s Spring Term Mother’s Morning Out series at Westview Christian Church 5925 West 34th St. the week of March 17. Registration for the 9-week series will be taken at the church from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12 and Friday, March 14. If space is available, further registrations will be accepted the opening days of the series on March 19 and March 21. On Wednesday, the following classes are offered: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Psychology: Uses & Abuses; Sketching & "Painting; Hair Styling, Fashion and MakeUp; Knitting and Beginning Bridge. 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Flair with Foods; Sketching & Painting (cont.); Trimnastics; Crewel, Needlepoint, Crocheting; and Bridge Practice. Friday choices are: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Gardening; Bridge Clinic; Trimnastics; and Interior Decorating. 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Creative

Children's Museum A treasure hunt through the Children’s Museum will be the free event for young museum visitors Saturday morning (March 8) at 11 o’clock. Children will be given clues which will take them to every nook and cranny in the museum in their search for knowledge. Two varieties of games will be played, verbal for those old enough to read and write, and a connect-the-dot game for the nonreaders. All younsters are invited to participate. An exhibit of articles depecting Arab life is being shown through March and April, and is free to all museum visitors. Included are clothing, jewelry, household utensils, daggers, pipes, ceremonial figures musical instruments, art work and many other items of interest. Admission is free. Limited numbers of young scientists may participate in experiments and demonstrations in the museum’s science gallery each Saturday at noon and 2 p.m.
"Love In E-Flat" at Civic Howard Lambert, director of the Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, 1847 N. Alabama St., has announced the cast for “Love in EFlat” which will be presented March 14 - 23. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights of the run are reserved for benefit performances. Marion College Style Show “Spring ’69 Rain or Shine” is the theme of a style show being sponsored March 12 by the Indianapolis. chapter of the Marian College Alumni Association. Fashions will be modeled by Alumni in a garden setting in Clare Hall on the campus. The project will beneft the chapter’s general fund. Cooperating in. the event are merchants of the Lafayette Square Shopping Center, including Paul Harris, the Tweed Shop, Nina, Foxwood Casuals, Roth’s and Mary Jane Shoes. Light refreshments are planned.
