college and three of them have their Master’s degrees in Business Administration. They’re all members of the latest Management Training program at First Bank and Trust, Speedway. The five young men are presently working in various departments at the main bank in Speedway or in the six branch banks throughout Indianapolis. Members of the training program are: Paul J. Roberts, 6006 W. 25th St., Speedway, who works in the audit-computer center. A native of Great Britain, he worked in West Africa and with several British consumer and financial firms after his graduation from Worcester College, Oxford University. Kenneth K. Wolff, 2827 Embassy Row, who is working in the bookkeeping department. He is a graduate of Purdue University and has an MBA degree from Indiana University. James William Farris, Jr., 5449 N. College, is a management trainee at the South Meridian Street Branch. He is a 1965 Purdue graduate with an MBA from Indiana University in 1967. William T. Jefferson, 7272 N. Pennsylvania, is a management trainee at the Beech Grove bank. He graduated from Wabash College in 1966 and earned his MBA from Emory University in 1968. Larry B. Pearcy, Greenwood,' works in mortgage loans. He attended Franklin College and has taken three years of courses from the Savings and Loan League. He is married and the father of two children.
