Grand Opening of 44iedroom Virginian Being Held By Falender in Eastside Tempo Community
The four-bedroom “Virginian” with distinctive colonial styling, provincial shutters and gambrel roof is being Grand Opened this week at Tempo, East 16th and Franklin Road according to Ron Schroeder, new home consultant for the Tempo community of Falendar Homes Corporation / Indiana. “This Falender Home has been specially designed for big living and big families, with emphasis on luxury-comfort features for which buyers have expressed special desires,” Schroeder said. This new brick home being built on crawl space is priced from $30,990.00. It is also available on slab, if desred. The “Virginian’s” covered concrete front porch has two sidelights at the entrance to a double tiled foyer and guest closet. Leading up from the foyer and living room and adding entry atmosphere is a Colonial staircase with wood balusters. The sunken family room is tiled and has sliding glass doors to a lighted concrete patio stoop.
