A WORD TO THE LOVELY LADY... We have discussed many ways and means to prevent dry skin, which, of course, will induce wrinkling and an aged appearance. These methods have been tried and proven successful, but, I forgot to mention one of the greatest wrinkle contributors . . . the Inevitable Frown! prove this statement to you. Worry, anxiety and fear are emotions you will have to eliminate from your thoughts to keep away that frown! With constant practice, anything can become a habit, and, with all the good habits we follow each and every day, this one may be the most necessary. Try to laugh or smile the next time a frown may be in the making, and, you will have to admit that it isn’t difficult at all! “Happiness is like perfume, you can’t spray it on ayone without getting some of it on yourself.” Sincerely, Claudia
