A WORD TO THE LOVELY LADY...

The wintry wind is blowing, snowflakes gently fall to the ground, and we become aware of months of chilly, gelid weather ahead of us, but, the Fashion leaders of our society are ignoring the afore-mentioned factor concerning the Hair Styles featured this season . . . very short around the ears and necklines with a mass of curls and waves on top and crown area! This is a very ultra-feminine look, and, with so many very straight styles previously worn, I don’t in the least disagree with the Fashion leaders! Along with these new hair-styles, this season brings back again the larger Chapeau, which is a must with your new wardrobe, and, of course, will keep your head and neck warm, in place of the long locks you prabably were reluctant to shed. Of course, the necessity of a good Body Perm falls into this category, and, to keep your Coif from flattening with the adornment of a hat, the body, spring and bounce you will obtain with a Boby Wave is fabulous. The Wave need not be tight, but, firm to maintain your hair-style, and, a few check curls exposed from beneath your new Chapeau will add to the New Look. For indoor wear and evening

entertainment, the owner of a Fall has all her problems under control Her short day-tmie coiffure, worn with a bat can be easily transformed into long, glamorous tresses during candlelight time in a matter of minutes. The bulk of a coat collar can be very disarranging to long hair with a very busy day-time schedule, but, after hours, that long Fall can be worn with ease and certainly gives our Lovely Lady the chance for a switch of personality from business-women or home-maker to the alluring, bewitching female she enjoys presenting when the occasion arises. Begin the New Year with this two-in-one fashion and enjoy the comfort of a short hair-do under that attractive headgear, which you can completely disguise with long, flowing tresses whenever the mood or occasion presents itself. The mysteries of a woman are endless, don’t you agree? Sincerely, Claudia
