Indiana Bell To Issue New Type Bill Indiana Bell Telephone Company will begin issuing new, improved bills to its 700,000-plus business and residence customers throughout the state late this month. First copies of the new statements, easier to read and understand, should be received by Indiana Bell customers early in November, according to J. W. Arbuckle, IBT*s general commercial manager. The new bills will be somewhat larger in size than those now in use They will provide space for listing up to 10 long distance rails on the same piece of paper with monthly local service and equipment charges. Previously long distance calls were listed on a separate statement. Thus, in the future, the 90 per cent of the company’s customers who make 10 or fewer long distance calls monthly will receive one piece of paper instead of two. Customers who make more than 10 long distance calls a month will continue to receive additional pieces of paper listing all their long distance calls. “Long distance calls also will be shown in order by date,” said Arbuckle. “This feature should be especially helpful to large long distance users.”

Falender Offers Choice Off 59 Personalized Designs To Be Buih On Buyer's Own lot In Marion Or Adjacent Counties

Falender’s complete selection of 59 personalized exterior designs and 21 floorplans are available on the buyer’s own lot in Marion County or adjacent counties, according to Jerry Clark, Marketing Director for the Falender Building Corporation. Although a large percentage of “on lot” homes are being built in Indianapolis and Marion County, many are also being constructed in other Indiana cities, Clark continued. Clark attributed the growing popularity of the ‘on lot’ division to the fact that Falender homes include basic construction features not usually found in this price range. , Ten inch concrete beams and smaller floor points are used to minimize floor shrinkage. A vapor barrier minimizes moisture within the floors. Also included in all Falender home construction are heavy-gauge aluminum gut-
