SPEEDWAY METHODIST CHURCH (Continued tram Page 1) Choir will sing “Glory to God in the Highest” by Pergolesi at the 11:00 a.m. service. Mrs. Robert Wise will sing “Jesu Bambino” for the Offertory Solo in both services. Flowers will be dedicated by Mr. & Mrs. Don Schul their in memory of their infant duaghter. New members will be received and Baptisms will take plaoe at the second service. There will be a Social Concerns Commission tonight December 8 at 7:30 p.m. in Room 113. The Sr. High M.Y.F. will have their annual party for Retarded Children at the church from 2 to 4:00 p.m. Drivers are asked to be at the church no later than 1:30 pm. The Third in the present series of Advent Vespers will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday evening December 11th. It will be presented by the Carol, Crusader and Chancel Choirs. Monday, December 12 will be Official Board night starting at 7:30 p.m. with the Missions Commission meeting at 6:30 in Room 118 and the Worship Commission meeting at 7:00 pm. The Tuesday Bible Study and Prayer Group will meet December 13 at 1:15 pm. in the Church Parlor. The Sunshine Circle meets Tuesday, December 13 at the home of Phyllis Schoonover, 5050 W. 13th St. at 7:30 p.m. There will be “Morning Moments” for all Senior Highs starting at 7:00 a.m. each Wednesday morning in Room 22. The Fidelity Circle will meet in the home of Mrs. George Mercer, 4965 W. 16th St. Wednesday, December 14 at 7:45 pm. The monthly meeting of the Education Commission will commence at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 15 in Room 113.
