REXALL lc SALE AT ROSNER’S Thursday, October 13th, will be a big day for bargain hunters. It marks the start of the traditional Rexall Originall One Cent Sale at Rosner’s Rexall Drug Store. Considered one of the greatest merchandising events of the year, this big 10-day sale will feature hundreds of nationally advertised Rexall products, from aspirin to vitamins, on sale at two for the regular price of one, plus a penny. Mr. Rosner, of Rosner’s Rexall Drug Store, explained, “Our big Rexall lc Sale is the important sale event of the year which our customers look forward to as much as we do. This is one way we can express our appreciation to our regular customers. Each Rexall lc Sale offers almost fifty percent savings on cosmetics, household products, medicines,

personal needs . . . hundreds of useful items, for every member of the family. Our customers appreciate the fact that they can save money on our regular fine quality merchandise that they know is guaranteed by Rexall.” Initiated in 1913, the famous Rexall Original lc Sale is still considered to be America’s greatest drug store event. In addition to regular items useful for all of the family during the fall and winter seasons. Rexall makes available many Surprise Buys which are not on the lc Plan, but represent big savings. This sale is nationally advertised on television and radio and in the Sunday newspapers. “As a special feature of our lc Sale,” Mr. Rosner mentioned, “right now we have handy Shopping Lists available for our customers. Many prefer the convenience of advance shopping by simply checking off the items they want and leaving their orders for us to fill. There is still time for those who like to shop this way, but they’ll have to hurry. My salespeople are twice as busy once our big lc Sale gets under way.”
