Girl Scout Torop No. 567 will meet in the Youth Building at 7:00 p.m. Monday. EMR Programming Committee will hold their meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Youth Building on Monday. Tuesday evening, at 7:30 p.m. the Executive Committee of Council will meet with Pastor Chell in the Pastor’s Study. The Esther Circle memets at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Alcoholics Anonymous of Speedway will meet in the Youth Building Tuesday evening at 8:30 p.m. Weekday Religious Education classes will be in session at 3:10 Wednesday afternoon in the Youth Building. Senior Choir will rehearse at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday. Next Thursday, Oct. 6th, there will be an LCW Capital District Meeting at Salem Lutheran Church, New Augusta, Indiana from 9:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Contact Vivian Saxton for reservations, 291-5664.

PERSONALS Thomas E. Forrest was Sales Leader for the State of Indiana for the month of August Tom is a Sales Representative of the Great-West Life Assurance Company for the James T. O’Neal Agency. The Rev. R. Powell Mead, pastor of the Westview Christian Church, and Mrs. Mead will conduct a twenty two day tour of the Holy Lands and many other Mediterranean countries this fall. There will be sixteen people in their tour group, eleven of whom are from Indiana, four from New York State and one from the state of Washington. The tour group will leave Indianapolis, air port on Tuesday September 27 and will fly the same day from Chicago aboard a D.C. 8 Jet Air express plane of the Scandinavian Airlines System. Their itinerary will include Copenhagen, Athens, Corinth, Istanbul, Cairo, Beirut, Baalbek/ Damascus, Jerusalem/J ord an, Bethlehem, Jericho, Tiberias, Tel Aviv, Rome and many other places in between.
