Special "Trade-In Inventory-Clearance Parade" Of Immediate Occupancy Falender Homes
Numerous unusual features are included in a special “Trade-In Inventory-Clearance Parade” being held this week by Falender Homes. Several of the 12 homes being displayed are available for occupancy before school starts. Several are new homes. Some are existing older homes taken on Trade-In within the past few days. Also featured is the availability of Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. All homes in the Parade are on the west side, in Falenderis “Meadowood” community at 3000 North High School Road, and the nearby “Parkview” which is inside the City of Speedway. “All are priced for an immediate clearance of inventory,” according to Walter Ewigleben of the Meadowood staff. “Some have all the special luxury features of show-home models such as carpeting, draperies, G.E. intercoms, electric ranges, extra landscaping including our new unusually large trees. Others are the regular basic-price homes. Those in Parkview and Speedway have the extra advantage of Speedway’s low-rate taxes.” Included are 1 and 2 stories and split levels. Colonial, Con-
temporary and Conventional designs, 3 to 5 bedrooms, multiple baths, family rooms, fireplaces, paneling, hard-surface tiled entry foyers and guest closets, formal dining rooms, built-in vanities, double front doors and double-width entries.
