Only A Few Homesites Remain In Falender Westside Parkview Community Parkview, the Falender Homes community located inside the city of Speedway at 2600 North Moller Road, still has a few choice homesites available, according to Fredrick Falender, president of Falender Homes Corporation. Mr. Falender stressed the fact that Parkview, which is adjacent to the Falender Meadowood community on the eastside of North High School Road, offers home buyers the lower tax rate prevailing in Speedway City. FFalender, with a reputation for building quality homes in speedway since 1951, will build any one of its complete line of 51 home styles with -their 17 floor plan variations on the Parkview homesites. Mr. Falender also stated that the Falender trade-in plan is available in the Speedway City Parkview community giving the buyer full current market value for his present home as set by 3 independent appraisers. This plan further provides that if the buyer’s old home is sold for more than the amount paid him, the buyer will receive the extra. Parkview, with its Speedway City location, is within walking distance of Meadowood Grade School, 3 blocks from Speedway High School, 4 blocks from the Speedway Shopping Center and adjacent to the heavily wooded 15-acre Meadowood Park.
Newest models of homes which are available in Parkview may be seen in the neighboring Meadowood community at 3000 North High School Road. Models in Meadowood, as in all Falender communities, are open 12 to 8 week days, 11 to 6 Saturdays, and 11 to 8 Sundays.
