All interested youth should meet with Mr. Ben Tuttle after the 8 o’clock Mass in the Rectory. Mrs Pauline Rittmeyer of 2034 Winton Avenue was sechuled for surgery at St. Vincent Hospital on Monday. She is in room No. 462. A general meeting was held Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m. in the Rectory for all the women who have volunteered as chairmen and co-chairmen for the Summer Festival, July 28, 29, and 30. In recent years at the urging of parishioners, mechanical rides are brought in during the Annual Festival. And, this year, as previously, tickets for these rides, if bought in advance, are sold at reduced prices—lo tickets for $1.50, good on all rides. But if sold on grounds after the Festival begins, large rides will be 25c each and small rides 20c each. These tickets may be obtained now at the Rectory by anyone who plans on attending the Festival It is a real saving for families. The schedule for the week-day Masses is as follows: On Monday at 6:15 the Mass was for the deceased members of St Christopher parish and at 8 o’clock the Mass was for Chet Kasnak at the request of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Sanson. The 6:15 Mass on Tuesday morning was said for special in|entions and the g o’clock for the special intentions of Nora Bray, tentions of Nora Bray. Children's Museum —™ —■ kixj “Call to Arms,” a program describing the various devices man has used to protect himself in war, will be given at the Children’s Museum. 3010 N. Meridian, this Saturday morning, July 16. Weimer Hicks, Jr., of the museum staff, will show shields and armor and the weapons that were used against them at the 11 o’clock program. " A museum treasure hunt, a paper and pencil game for youngsters, will be each Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock at the museum, and a guided tour of the museum will start in the transportation gallery each Friday morning at the same hour. Youngsters are invited to join in these free events through July.
