Forty-one Speedway High School students in advanced science and math classes visited the Allison Powerama and “Previews of Progress” show last week. To celebrate its 50th anniversary, the Allison Division invited groups from all schools in this area to view the Powerama and the stage presentation which was designed to give students a greater appreciation of the importance of science and engineering. Esther Circle meets at 8 pan. this Tuesday with Mrs. Ted Gruenhagen, 1630 N. Whitcomb. Council Executive Committee will meet in the Pastor’s Study Tuesday at 7 pan. Speedway Alcoholics Anonymous gathers at 8:30 pan. on Tuesdays in the League Lounge. Wednesday morning Bible study for women is held at 9:30 aan. Weekday Religious Education classes gather at 3 pan. in the Youth Building. Scout Troop No. 89 meets at 7 p.m. that evening. Lenten Vespers are held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.
