The Electric Steel Castings Company of Speedway recently presented a check for S2OO to the Speedway school libraries. Electric Steel has made annual gifts to the library for many years. These gifts are appreciated by students and staff. The name Krista Collins was omitted from the Sth grade honor roll published last week. The Speedway varsity football team defeated Franklin Central 45-0 last Friday night The Sparkplugs play their final game of the season November 6 at Plainfield. In other games last week both the Speedway reserve and freshman teams won over Franklin Central 14-6 and 21-0, respectively.
