SPEEDWAY METHODIST CHURCH (Continued from Page 1) The Cherub Choir will sing the Anthem, “Song of Service” by Lester. The Cloister Choir will sing the Anthem, “Lead Me, Lord” by Wesley. Kenneth Ent will sing the Offertory Solo, “Brotherhood” by Shumann, at the 9:00 o’clock service. At the 10:45 o’clock service the Immanuel Choir will sing the Anthem, “Praise Ye the Father” by Gounod. Miss Kitty Kirby will sing the Offertory Solo, “How Lovely is the Hand of God.” Mr. Paul Waggoner will play the pre-service organ meditation. A Youth Banquet will be held Sunday evening at 6:30 in Fellowship Hall. All Jr. and Sr. Hi MYF’ers are invited. The cost will be SI.OO each. A DePauw student from the Congo will be the speaker. The Board of Trustees will meet on Monday, February 3, at 7:30 p.m., at the church. The C-nmmission on Missions will meet on Monday, February 3, at 7:30 pun., at the church. The first event celebrating the OYO’S Silver Jubilee year will be held at Sacred Heart Parish Hall next Sunday night on the feast of St. John Bosco. A special Mass will be celebrated at 5:30 pan., followed by a chili supper and city-wide dancing for CYO members. Bus will leave St. Christopher by 4:45 pan., and return leaving Sacred Heart not later than 10:00 pm. Cost of supper and dancing will be one dollar plus CYO membership card. The High Mass on Monday morning at 11:15 was sung for Edward Foy at the request of Mrs. Foy and Mary Alice. Sadie Mann was remembered in the Mass on Tuesday morning, as requested by the Henry Rosner family. The employees of the Indianapolis Air Traffic Control Center requested the Mass on Wednesday morning be said for Lottie Sotkiewicz. This morning the Mass for Margaret Brooks was sung at the request of Doris and Hany Huston. Mary J. Herrmann will be remembered in the Mass on Friday morning, as requested by the Kenneth Toney and Don Alerding families. On Saturday morning the Mass will be at 8 o’clock.
